What you need to know

Use DK yarn from your stash to knit Susie Johns' comfortable stripy nappy cover for babies aged 6-9 months

Although it looks like it is made from a fancy variegated yarn, designer Susie Johns has in fact used small amounts of DK yarn in a gorgeous stripy sequence that looks really effective. When increasing and decreasing for the leg holes you are required to follow two sets of instructions simultaneously, one for the colourwork and one for the shaping, so ensure you have a pen and notebook handy to help you keep track!
