Top knit tips

K2tog (knit two together) is a simple decrease stitch. To work it, put the tip of the RH needle into the next two stitches on the LH needle from front to back then knit the two stitches together as if they were one stitch.

How about using black and white yarn from your stash for a penguin, or brown and red for a robin?
