What you need to know

Use DK yarn to knit Nicola Valiji's cosy blanket

This vibrant blanket is the perfect size for keeping your knees cosy on a winter’s night, while leaving your arms free for more knitting. It features six different squares made using a variety of stitch techniques, and there’s something for all skill levels. If you don’t fancy making a blanket, assemble a few of your favourite squares into a cushion cover or even a patch pocket on a cardi - go on, get creative!

Blanket: 70cm x 60cm

What you need


Yarn: Snowglobe Yarn Kit, DK, shades Leafy Green, Golden Yellow, Blush Pink, Snowy White, Santa Red, Variegated,
four 22g balls of each
Needles: 4mm straight and 80cm circular (for edging)
Tapestry needle
NOTE: these needles are not included in your yarn kit
