As the Buxton Wool Gathering returns for 2023, here’s everything you need to know

Taking place on Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th March 2023 in the Buxton Pavilion Gardens, this year’s Buxton Wool Gathering is set to be a good one!
Located right in the gateway to the breath-taking Peak District, it’s the perfect yarn show to attend if you fancy making the most of a long weekend and treating yourself to a getaway in the countryside - with a whole lot of yarn thrown in too of course.
Buxton Wool Gathering is a festival dedicated to the very best of fibre crafts, so whether you’re into knitting, crochet, spinning, felting or weaving, there’s sure to be tonnes to delight you! There will be more than 50 different exhibitors of all things wonderful and wooly, selling everything from raw fleece and spindles to hand-dyed yarns and gifts.
Doors open at 10am for prepaid tickets and 11am for on-the-door-tickets, and the gathering finishes at 4pm both days. You can get your tickets today online, £5 for a day ticket and £8 for the whole weekend.
