Introducing a selection of new, must-have products for knitters
Advertorial
We knitters are deserving of a little treat every now and then, what with all those tricky rows we complete… and we’ve got our eye on Emma Ball’s new knitting ranges! From roomy drawstring bags to stash your yarn to colourful stitch markers, there’s a whole treasure trove of knitty goodness to explore, all decorated with Emma Ball’s beloved artwork, certain to put a smile on your face. So, let us show you what’s on offer…
Drawstring Bags
With 11 designs to choose from, including the new Kittens in Mittens and updated Sheep and Other Woollies artworks, these handy drawstring bags are so roomy that they’ll hold a fair-sized shawl project or several socks! Measuring 38cm x 28cm, they feature matching lining and a loop so that you can swing your bag about in sheer yarny happiness!
Project Folders
Emma Ball’s A5 project folders, available in the Sheep in Sweaters or Woolly Puffins designs, are truly comprehensive. Each of the five tabs offers something useful: needle conversion charts, abbreviations, Kitchener stitch, notes on yarn weights… and there’s even room for notes. The inside cover of the folder features handy rulers and there are ten cards at the back for use as colour charts. As well as plenty of blank pages for jotting down some notes on your current WIPs, there’s also graph paper, project planners, wish lists and an all-important section for your yarn stash!
Needle Cases
With three varieties to choose from, there’s a needle case for every type of knitter at Emma Ball. A long, straight needle wrap, a circular needle case and – Emma’s favourite – the interchangeable wrap with sizes printed on the fabric! All are available from the end of May in the Sheep in Sweaters design… So pop them on your wish list!
Tins
So many tins! Emma’s current favourite is this Other Woollies small, square tin, which is ideal for holding all sorts of bits and bobs – tape measure, scissors, needle gauges… And then there are the pencil-sized tins; having recently taught herself crochet, Emma stores her crochet hooks in one of these. The glasses cases, too, are perfect for storing all sorts of items – not just glasses – and they come with a flocked lining!
Fun colourful Stitch Markers
With five designs to choose from, Emma Ball’s stitch markers are available with a 10mm loop or as removable markers with a little lobster clasp. They add a bit of extra fun (as well as being super useful) to knitting in the round. Plus, there are matching tins to keep them in!
These fabulous bits of kit are also available in local yarn shops!
