The measurements given after reversing the pattern are from the cast-on edge.
For sizes 16, 18 and 22, shape the sleeve straight away.
For size 20, there should be an AT THE SAME TIME instruction and you need to commence shaping the sleeve before you reverse the stitch pattern.
