Issue 47

Sandra (page 25)

The tension square should be over 8mm needles not 5mm.

The tension on the ball band for Colinette Zanzibar is 11 sts x 16 rows on 7mm needles.
Our designer needed 8mm to get that tension but due to the slub texture of the yarn, it is difficult to calculate get an accurate tension.
We recommend trying both 7mm and 8mm needles to see which size gives you drape you required.
This will also be dependent on whether you are a tight or loose knitter.

If you wish to use an alternative yarn you will need a chunky yarn, not an aran as we have suggested.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion caused with this project.

Maria (page 57)

In Row 4 of the Mitred Square pattern "k3tog" is a misprint. This should be "k2tog"

Kizzy (page 39)

There's a slight error in the making up instructions. It currently reads "stitch cast-on and cast-off rows together to form a tube." This should in fact say "stitch row ends together to form a tube" as it is the long edges that will be joined to create the horizontal band
