The chart in the magazine hasn't quite been cropped correctly, we do apologise. You should only have 70 stitches for the chart.
On Row 1 you work 70 stitches from the chart, then k30 in the background colour. On Row 2, p30 in the background colour then work Row 2 from the chart.
On the Front, after you finish the chart, work another 26 rows in stocking stitch.
To make up the cushion, overlap the upper and lower backs at the ribbed band and pin them in place. Place pinned backs together with Front and sew around all four sides. Add buttons to correspond with buttonholes.
