In this pattern 'yfwd' is confusing. It is best to say with yarn in front (wyif) as you are not increasing a stitch.
There is also a correction to Row 4. The correct pattern is as folls:
Change to yarn B

[] Row 2: k3, * wyif sl 1, yb, k3, rep from * to end
Change to yarn A
