We’ve reached the end of our fun Mystery Blanket Knitalong and we’re topping things off with a beautiful pattern that combines several of the techniques you’ve used so far. By combining slipped stitches with two-shade colourwork, this pattern creates a bee-autiful textured honeycomb design from simple stripes.
This pretty honeycomb design is made using simple slipped stitches and stripes – it can be worked in just one shade but we’ve used a combination of cream and yellow to really highlight the stitch pattern. Carry the spare yarn up the side of the work as you go, to avoid weaving extra ends in at the end of the project.
