What you need to know

Moss stitch and stripes make Tina Barrett’s stripy cardigan an easy pattern for beginner knitters

Tina Barrett’s stripy cardigan features a textured moss stitch collar, cuffs and a button band, as well as a repeating pattern of bright stripes. It is knitted in 100% mercerised cotton which is great for summer and has a lovely sheen to it. If these colours are a little bright for your taste, simply switch to the shades that best suit your wardrobe. This is a great beginner-friendly knitting pattern that will help you master cardigan construction. Download the knitting pattern today!
