Use Swiss darning to embroider details on Veronica Shaw's beginner stocking stitch set for ages 6-36 months

Knitted in soft DK yarn in a range of gorgeous blue hues, this summer top and shorts combo by Veronica Shaw is ideal for little boys and girls. Mainly knitted in stocking stitch, extra detail is added by sewing Swiss darning embellishments and assorted buttons to the bottom. There is very little shaping required on either piece making this knitting pattern ideal for beginner knitters.
