What you need to know
Sachiyo Ishii's knitted nurse doll pattern comes with two different outfit options.
If you know a child who’d love their very own friendly nurse to play with, or wish to show your appreciation for someone with a handmade mascot, you’ll want to start these adorable nurses right away. The basic doll is the same for both, and there is plenty of fun to be had if you want to experiment with hair and skin tone. The outfits too can also be adjusted to the colours of your choice, including doctor’s whites.

Top knit tips
An easy hairstyle for a male mascot is to make short hair with a series straight stitches – maybe even embroider a beard!
If using toy safety eyes, add before stuffing the head or embroider French knots if gifting to a young child.
