Top knit tips
You can play around with Harriet’s expression by cutting out a variety of felt shapes.
In order to successfully stuff your knitted toy, it is essential that you tease out your stuffing beforehand. This will prevent unsightly lumps and bumps. Another tip is to take your time. You need to strike the perfect balance between over and under stuffing your project, so don’t be afraid to start again if your toy doesn’t sit right. Finally, you should make use of a smaller knitting needle, as this will help you to push the stuffing into awkward areas such as feet or ears.
