Top knit tips
Pin icecreams and lollies to bunting string first before sewing in place to make sure they are evenly spaced.
You will find it much easier to make up your bunting if you label the separate pieces as you go. You could even try stuffing and sewing up the ice creams and lollies immediately after knitting them, as this will help to avoid any confusion. Just remember to tease out your stuffing beforehand, otherwise you could end up with unsightly lumps and bumps. You will also need to take care over the placement of your pieces, so be sure to practise your spacing before you attach the pieces to the string.
