Top knit tips
The roof of your Birdhouse is kept secure using a crochet chain. To create this chain, make a slip knot and slide it onto your hook. With the slip knot facing you, bring your yarn over from the back to the front and hook it. Pull the yarn through your slip knot to produce your first finished chain stitch.
Attach the roof to the project last, so it is sturdy before sewing it into place.
