Top Knit Tips

“Use a small scrap of any brown 4ply or DK yarn to add your bear’s mouth – you can even use embroidery floss!” LKT Designer, Sachiyo Ishii

It’s always advisable to double-check your seams when making up toys and teddy bears. Give them a hard tug to ensure they don’t pop open or spill any filling and stitch up any gaps that may appear. You can also use the dull end of your knitting needle to poke stuffing down into hard-to-reach areas, such as the hands and feet.
