Pronounced ‘chento’, the name means 100 in Italian, which we thought was rather fitting for our party pup. Donning his favourite hat and amazing crocheted balloons, Heather Gibbs’ colourful pattern makes the perfect birthday gift for your loved ones and it’s super fun to make too.

Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
Stuffing
Two 6mm safety eyes
One 8mm round safety nose
Black embroidery thread
Floral wire

Height (excl hat): 14cm

Top crochet tips

Many sections are worked in continuous rounds so place a stitch marker in the top of the first stitch so you don’t lose your place.

Follow this simple pattern to make a bobble:
(Yoh, pull up a loop, yoh) three times. Nine loops on hook. Yoh, pull through all loops on hook, cont with next st as normal
