Let's Knit Magazine - Your knitting, your style

I’ve knitted some felted slippers and offered a pair as a prize on a friend’s raffle. I really want to put some non-slip ‘stuff’ on the soles but I don ‘t want leather patches etc.

In one of my magazines I saw some sticker type things and I’m sure they were by Clover or some such company and were called ‘sock stops’ or something. I’ve been through all of my magazines (and I have many!) and, now that I need it, I can’t find the flaming piece.

Anyone know what they’re called so that I can buy some, please?

Just happened to have seen them in a magazine the other day.

Regia make something called Iron On Brake Stops which look like paw prints.

I did a quick Google for you, and found some at http://www.dragonyarns.co.uk - on the Accesories page.

I saw some felted baby bootees in a ‘posh’ shop a few weeks ago, and they were about £20 !!!!!!!  x Janet

The paw print ones are those that I have a link to somewhere. I saw them online and then saw them in the mag.
