Wondered if anyone would like to recommend an amigurumi I can make quite quickly - for a present for a Swedish friend I haven’t seen for ages but am hoping to catch up with at the weekend.  She’s had a bit of a rough time the last few years but it seems like she’s starting afresh now.

I’d like to make something for her to cheer her up.  It would be best if it was a free pattern, and not too big!

Thanks all in advance smile

Thanks Jaumi and Suse, and welcome Jaumi - I am honoured that your first posts were to help me out!

I had found a few lists of patterns (and now I’ve added your suggestions to my list of lists!) but there are so many I wasn’t sure which one to make.  In the end I went for a teddy, but modified the pattern a bit because I thought he was too thin… I’ll try and post a picture later :D

I also found a little pig that I’m going to make for my sister as she used to collect them and it’s really cute - just hope her dog doesn’t get hold of it (last year he ate her flip-flop so an amigurumi would likely be no problem!)

Oh dear, I think I’m becoming addicted…
