type free patterns in you search engine ,then try the sites that come up. I am knitting a baby dress from a vintage pattern I have.will put pic on when I have finished it..

Ladies , thank you for your replies , I have not been on till tonight . Thanks again , think I have got a lot to chew over !!Hope to start knitting tomorrow , if I can keep my eyes open ! My grand daughter is now two weeks old and hopes to be Christened at the end of july

knitting instead of crocheting , should have put this on another section !! but I do crochet as well , but all the designs were too complicated , found how to put pic on here so will do when i get it finished , thanks for all the welcome messages , I must try to get on here earlier in the day !!
