Morning one and all! I been looking through the patterns and I think it’s great that they are here and on offer for free smile What I was wondering...will there ever be Pattern coming up for jumpers/cardigans/Socks ect? I know the magazine is only ‘young’ but it would be nice to be able to get a pattern for a top or two on line from the magazine...specialy from any back issues that some of us have missed, or that some people will miss who haven’t discovered the magazine yet.
A possibility?

Good morning ladies...lovely day here in Ayrshire today and I’m going into the garden shortly to do some work before the rain comes back.  I liked your idea Gill about the patterns...so hopefully it will materialise.
Oh dear...it looks as though you can ignore what I said above about going into the garden..I have just seens some sunny rain splashes on the window..but the sun is still shining so it may go away again.
I’ll come back and talk to you all later....I broke my webcam last night and want to go into town to get a new one as it is a precious link to my family in Holland and it lets me join in with them in between my visits over to them...so lots to do and little time to do it all....where have I seen that posted..I wonder rolleyes
Hope you all have a great day ahead and I’ll catch up with you later ladies...all my best fellow granny Gill X

Maybe it’s a copyright issue, I think a lot of the patterns posted have maybe?? been designed by the ladies associated with the mag whereas some of the bigger projects are taken from the yarn companies or designers and would need permission to add them to the site.

By the way good morning ladies. I’m shooting mself in the foot being on here. I really need to be doing something else but when I get to the top of the stairs I find myself drawn into Lukes room instead of turning Left and doing something else. I came up to refill the washing machine because it is a lovely day and I could be getting loads of washing dried out side. A quick 5 min squizz and I’ll suspend my coffee break. promise.

Oh yes Silvi I agree more sock patterns on the web. There are plenty in the mags and issue 3 has 18 reasons to knit socks.
I am at mo working on the heel of my first sock, well just finished. And i am top top pleased with it as it is tight never thought it would. But must admit that it is done on two needles not DPNs or circuler, Well they are Addi turbos but back and forth.

Take care love Nicci xxxxxxx

What is it with this big sock-knitting trend thing?  I’d never even thought of knitting socks until I heard about them a month or so ago.  I think my husband will think I’ve completely flipped if I start knitting socks!

Same here nightswimmer, socks were something I had never even wanted to contemplate before I joined the forum but be careful you will find yourself being seduced by the sock side. I have, I have my regia but no neeedles the right size, am waiting for a delivery from ebay so I can get started. I am quite looking forward to it but I can see myself regretting it when it comes to turning the heel. tongue wink

Could always just knit a long tube and sew one end of it together, save turning the heel! grin
