Hello all!
Right, I’ve got a difficult yarn substitution to make!
The pattern requires
classic elite blithe (25g/128yds) 18 stitches 24 rows =4” and the pattern calls for two strands to be knitted together - this yarn is 100% baby camel!
I can’t remember what size needles the pattern suggests but can any of you help with this substitution? Do I try and match this yarn or just match the tension and go with a yarn that doesn’t require me to knit two strands tog?
I’ve worked out that to get this yarn from the US it would cost 30 pounds minimum!!! It’s only for one little hat!!!
Thanking all you wise people in advance!
