Hey, does anyone know where I could find a good sock knitting pattern? This will be the first time I am knitting socks so I don’t want anything that’s really difficult! Also could you tell me about how to scale up a sock knitting pattern as I have absolutely huge size 12 feet!

i cant but im sure if you hang on long eneough a “sockie” will be along- im assuming to add length the the pattern you would just need to add more rows at the foot area- think it would depend on the pattern. have you tried ravelry or knitting pattern central?

Try this
http://violetgreen.co.uk/free_patterns_stroud_wool_calculators.php
you choose what wool you want then put in the measurements it asks for and it does you a pattern to fit. I have used it for a size 11 and they were fine.
best of luck

There was a pattern in my new copy of Knit Today for a pair of “tube” socks.  They are just what they sound like - a pair of socks knitted in rib without any tricky heel shaping, just shaping at the toes.  If you would like to have a go at knitting socks and try out knitting in the round on 4 needles, then I think this pattern could be the one for you!

If you would like a copy, just let me know!

if you have large feet I would just add on a few stitches extra so that they are custm fit (do your swatch to see how many stitches per cm)
