here’s my latest obsession, it’s a plain v-neck jumper, pattern taken from a magazine about 8 years ago, tried and tested a few times and still love it.  The wool is a deep purpleish colour - bought to match my new boots!  never put pics on here before so hope it works

Looks as if it is going to be lovely Nicola...couldn’t quite see the pattern leaflet because of the light...but we’ll be looking forward to seeing the finished jumper....Some of the old patterns are always favourites.

Stating the obvious..purple is my fave colour :LOL: and that jumper is lovely..a bit hard to see the pic but can get the shape of it..looking forward to seeing the final pic!

Yes, it’s nice and baggy and sits on your hips - great for hiding a multitude of sins !!! lol

well, it’s an old worn magazine pattern, but still readable - if anyone wants a copy let me know and I’ll send it on, my only prob is first time I knitted it the largest size was huge, now it’ll fit me nicely - less knitting and more gym me thinks!!!  not.

Is it just a plain straight forward no fancy schmanzy anything type jumper??? im looking for a pattern like that...to knit the old fashioned way....you know all in pieces and then sew together and such

I’m knitting purple jumper too! from last months lets knit magazine. Sirdar Blur yarn is tricky to work though. Impossible to un-pick if you make mistakes.
