Just put on your “senior moment”. Mine was trying to put my towel down the loo the other night instead of into the washing machine.
I also tried to put the dirty washing in the fridge one day as I was busy talking to “HWN” instead of looking what I was doing. red face  LOL

I’m in.

I once weighed the butter, put the butter carefully away in the cupboard - and microwave my electric scales! They never worked again red face

I’m sure I can think of plenty more

Remembered another.
When I was at college I had to get up at 5.30am to get to the college in Southampton at 9.00am. One morning - mid winter I may add - the alarm hadn’t gone off so I got up grabbed some brekkie and dashed off. As I walked down the road I was thinking “mm, haven’t seen so-&-so today” “oh, they’re not up yet”.
When I got to the bus station all was in darkness. Yep, I’d got up an hour early. oh oh I had to wait for an hour for the bus in the freezing cold. The daft thing was, the man on the radio had said the time and I thought he’d got it wrong.

ooo that’s reminded me: I got up at 1.00am to be on the road for 2.00am, when I was working. I was halfway dressed when “HWN” asked what I was doing. “getting ready for work” says I.......it was Saturday night into Sunday morning red face

Been tere, done that, & I can’t remember how many times I’ve made the tea without putting the tea in the pot. (I do NOT like milk & hot water)

Also the kettle never boils if you don’t switch it on - don’t know why

.edit.posted at the samer time, Cheryl - great minds

Hi I am back from holiday and this is my first look in, senior moments are just up my street! how many times have I made a cold cup of coffee in the staff room at work, we have two kettles side by side, I boil one, wait for the click off, pour the water and realise I have taken it from the unboiled kettle! dunce!
