This is for my SiL for Christmas.  Got to sew in the ends and I’m going to block this one (not something I’d normally do).  It’s done with Noro Silk Garden, which I loved.

Exactly two.  It is a fairly short scarf.

It is beautiful Clare...lovely pattern and such warm colours.

However when I first read your post and saw it was for your SIL I got rather confused for a second.  I thought you meant son in law and could just see some young guy waving your lovely pink lacy scarf at a footy match.....then it dawned on me rolleyes  LOL

Your SIL will be delighted with such a beautiful gift.

Oh, NESSA.....you have just cheered me no end. LOL
It is so nice to know I am not the only one to suffer the dreaded “senior moments”. The other night I was trying to sort myself out with washing etc before I went to bed and found myself trying to put the towel down the loo instead of in the washing machine rolleyes  confused red face  LOL

Ok, that’s not one I’ve tried.
I did once weigh the butter, put the butter carefully away in the cupboard - and microwave my electric scales! They never worked again red face

I like the scarf - really pretty and beautiful colours.

I too have done lots of drop stitch items.  I’ve dropped stitches in jumpers, hat, scarves, socks - you name it, i’ve dropped stitches in it!
