“HWN” goes for a nap every aftrnoon so I get to do things I like, such as knitting, reading etc. Today he has taken Liti to the park for awhile with her cousins and I am literally holding the baby. I am holding Gina on my lap and she is spark out. I am typing with one hand and my arm has gone to sleep but I dare not move yet.!!!!! I seem to be following the theory that you need LESS sleep as you get older.

Cor I don’t envy you baby arm in this heat!

oh well that’s ok then!!

Have been out of it most of the early evening, my feet and ankles have swollen up, must be the heat, can’t get me shoes on!! Bowl of cold water is needed, I think!
