Granny Gill it looked to me like you thought I meant some other type of stuffing.

Well of course I did - I like to have a bit of sausagemeat in mine.
Yummy.

On Sunday we went to a local Lodge, where they do a Carvery.  I looked at the menu and am not normally a fan of carvery, but when I saw Gammon, Beef, Norfolk Pork, Norfolk stuffed Pork Belly and Turkey on the menu I thought ooh yes Norfolk stuffed Pork Belly for me then - but when I got up there they didn’t have it.  Boohoo.

Gammon and beef were lovely tho so I had a little bit of apple sauce with the gammon just to console myself.  Then Tony and I shared an Eton Mess and a Bakewell Sponge and custard.  Cor I got 2 hours before dinner and I hungry now!! rolleyes
