I’ve got my bamboo needles from the bamboo centre off the web.  They were posted from my home town down the road.  Well I never knew they were there!!

I asked for some ebony needles for Christmas (I had to write down the exact details for Santa, but it worked!!) and they are just lovely to knit with, so smooth the stitches just slide along the needles beautifully.  I got them from paviyarns, on the internet, excellent service.

I got my bamboo needles from the bamboo place as well, infact I have just ordered another set in a smaller size for smaller projects.

Can’t wait for the parcel to arrive.  :D

Don’t know if my bamboo place is the same as your bamboo place (bamboo knitting centre) but they’re fab. I love how quiet they are compared to the metal ones and they just feel nicer somehow.
Am thinking of getting the circular ones as well.
PS Got the satin needle holder from the same website and it is lovely.

I was so tempted to get another satin needle holder...but an antique style yarn cutter which doubles as a pendant won out.  Should arrive tomorrow.  smile

Small bamboo needles are useless.

They kept breaking when I was making socks, they just bend too much but are OK for larger knits. Nice and warm to hold. Have a full set but won’t use the small ones again
