I haven’t got this month’s magazine yet *cry* and was wondering if anyone knows an email address or phone number to contact to find out what happened - I couldn’t find anything on the website, so was hoping someone could help me out!

I had exactly the same problem and rang the publishers on 0844 844 0381, they sent out another copy for me.
