Hi on page 48 of the new mag there is a girl knitting a rug with jumbo needles, help what size are they and where do we get them, they look fun to do.  What yarn do you use or do you add lots of balls together i would love a shot at this Bye for now Anne

I’ve knitted scarves with Sirdar Fizz using one 12mm needle and a normal sized needle (probably a 4mm, can’t remember though).

I had a go at some knitting at a craft show, and they were HUGE!!!! about 2 inches diameter (that’s old money) wouldn’t fancy using them on a regular basis, but to knit something out of old material etc like a rug, they would be good x Janet
