Hey Sezo, I’m going to Shropshire tomorrow, Oswestry Truck show. Have you heard whether it’s any good!!  It’s a surprise for the boys and I can do my knitting in the car whilst hubby drives there.

Just hope I don’t get squished by a monster truck!!

lol cant say ive been there… monster trucks arent high on my list lol.
But oswestry is surrounded by lots of countryside so you’ll have a lovely drive as you go up towards north wales:)

Hello to Sezo and Millie...and welcome to the forum.  Looks like another two sock knitters for Gill to contend with.. only joking.  If you have read the by gone posts you will understand what I mean.  Some of us on here knit socks and some of us inluding dear Gill DON’T EVER KNIT SOCKS
However we knit lots of other things and whatever we knit...we love the craft of knitting...so please post some pictures of your lovely socks ladies and let us see.  Hope you enjoy the forum and happy knitting.

Thanks for the welcome.I’ve only just read your messages as I have to wait until I’m at work as we don’t have broadband at home. 
Gill, no I haven’t been to Borders knitting group bacause, like you I live outside of York, although I work in York.  I might look into it though, as a few people have mentioned it.
Thanks for the link Nicky, it sounds really good, it’s nice to ‘talk’ to similar minded people.
I’ve brought my sock knitting to work today, so guess what I’ll be doing this lunch time!
