Hi i’m sezo, 22 and from the midlands.
I love knitting and I love lets knit
Recently got addicted to sock knitting and i’m currently knitting some pomatomus socks, and when i’ve finished them i hope to do the game over socks for my bf from aprils issue of LK!
I’m sure i’ll get to know you all in time. And if you are on ravelry, my id is sezo - got a few bits i’ve made from LK on my projects page hehe.
It was the first issue of lets knit and the baby cardi (flower pattern) that got me back into knitting, making it for my friends baby. and now i’m addicted again and drag my bf off to all sorts of knitting shops to squish at wool lol.
I wish more LYSs stocked sockyarn though, but heyho, means I can spend more time online admiring the colour ways.
I cant wait till the harry potter opal yarns come out in august!! I’ll knit a million socks with them lol.
I would like to introduce myself. I live in York, and, within the last few months have become addicted to knitting socks. There isn’t a day goes by when I don’t pick up the double pins. If I’m getting towards the end of a project, I HAVE to buy some more sock wool so that I always have a project on the go. I’m starting to run out of friends and family to knit for, and it’s the start of summer (I hope!) so socks will not have the same importance, but hey ho, I can build up a stock!
This is a really thick question, but I’m going to ask it anyway, What is ‘Ravelry’? It sounds great fun, and something that I think I should be part of...if I knew what it was?!!!

Hi Millie, have you been on before? Your avatar looks familiar. You will see that a few of us are from York and surrounding area. Do you go to Borders knitting group? I know there are a couple of groups in the area but I dont get to them as I live out of York nowadays.
