Let's Knit Magazine - Your knitting, your style

Had to frog the front of my summer top,now to start it again,i had nearly finished it and noticed it looked funny ,unpicked it and got the wool all knotted up so now i am starting it again(only the front)

Oh dear Cheryl...what went wrong....???  I hate it when I have to unpick anything especially if the yarn is difficult to unravel...hope it knits up fine this time..

The neck shaping did not look right,i tried to unravel it and got in a mess,knots so had to throw that and start the front again.I hope it knits up fine this time,i should have noticed it now i have my glasses but i did not.

Oh Cheryl, hope it comes out much better this time. Thats soooo annoying.

hope it turns out better this time Cheryl, lol I cant imagine the mess i’d make of it if I tried it, I’m still knitting the shamrock intarsia pillow cover I went to do another intarsia shamrock piece and all the yarn got tangled up.. so much that i had to just cut it out of it then I couldnt reattach the yarn without making holes in it.. a fine big mess.. so I binned it… i’ll start again after the exams lol

You should have seen the mess i made of the wool,i hate that when you are doing intarsia and you make a mistake and have to bin it,i done that with a turtle jumper i was knitting brian when he was little,i had just finished the picture and noticed a mistake i had to cut it and binned it in the end.Its off putting but well worth it in the end.Good luck with starting yours again after your exams.
