Has anyone made anything from Stefanie Japel’s Fitted Knits? I really love this style of garment but am unsure what to start! Any ideas??

I got this from our local library but have to say that I was very disappointed. I love the idea of top down/top up seamless construction (I hate sewing up) but none of the patterns really did it for me. Most seemed to use quite bulky yarn and the photography was terrible. I know there is a large section on ravelry devoted to this book and various knit a longs so it must be popular, but not for me I’m afraid.

I love top down construction and use it in crochet as much as possible but I just wasn’t taken with designs in the book at all myself.

I looked at the book in Waterstones yesterday and have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the designs too. A shame really
