Has anyhone tried to email LK at any time?  I sent a query first thing Monday morning and haven’t even had an acknowledgement, let alone any answer to the problem.  Is that the norm?

I tried numerous times to email support at LK recarding the problem with the crochet supplement and all my emails bounced back undelivered. On two occasions I got a message saying delivery had been delayed but I need do nothing, but then a day later they bounced back too. I typed the address each time rather than have it in an address book, so although I may have made a mistake on an occasion I’m sure I didn’t do it wrong every time.
Incidantally, nothing has appeared about this on the corrections page even though it is obvious from the thread on the forum that LK know aboujt the problem.

Thanks for the offer Gill - I have already posted the query on the forum - it was a problem with the Lacy Days pattern in the sock booklet but as I only got 2 replies I assumed no-one else had tried the pattern.

My email hasn’t bounced back so hopefully they have got it.

I’ll be patient for a little longer!

Oh, right. As you have probably noticed I do not knit S**** so I probably won’t be able to help. LOL
