Oh Jan how funny. So you thought Chris had a rug on her head.  OK,,,, Can I get away with calling you a donut?

Oooh - knitted doughnuts!  At least they’d be none-fattening.  Now, however, I want a real doughnut - thanks a lot!

PS - the hat’s lovely.  If it is a bit loose, a bit of shirring elastic sewn into the hem should help.

I loved the colors. And I don’t think it was too big. As a friend of mine said; big hats are great if you have a bad hair day
