she’s not quite old enough or able enough to knit it for herself, ( she’s made 2 teddy bear scarves so far), I think its a style that could suit a lot of people if you chose the colours to suit the person

Sounds like a good colour choice. I’m not a speed knitter either. I also swop between crafts. No wonder I’ve got lots of half finished stuff. Must try to finish one before starting the next. I just love starting a new project He, he!
