Hello to everyone! Hope you all have a good day today, sun is out here nr Peterborough, washing out, Tescos later, then possibly a visit to my friend, but no knitting, we yak too much for me to concentrate! Will have to be cross stitch then knitting tonight! Have fun!!

Morning everyone...so far weather does not know what it’s doing...sunny one minute and then rain and mist.  Oh well I’ll get on with my ironing and then down to some knitting.  Been having a look at some of the knitting sites this morning....hankering after some of that lovely Rown summer tweed that Nicky got in a sale..but haven’t seen anything as good...so I shall just have to keep on looking. 
I am hoping to visit the wool shop in Amsterdam when I’m there and the ladies in it are so helpful because of my language problem...I am trying hard to learn Dutch for Maya’s sake but it is so difficult for a granny.  I seem to pick up more of the language when I’m staying with them...I suppose it’s easier that way.  Oh well maybe we shall just have to pack up and move to the Netherlands when Bill retires so that I can learn more quickly… I wish....

Morning girls, washing out,hubby away to work and son away to a friends farm today, teenage daughter in bed likely never to be seen aagain.  Cleaned out fridge and tidied the freezer, half a packet of this and half a loaf of that so that is me for the day not doing another thing.  Just had a laugh my wee yorkie, Tom is chasing the large boxer down the road an trying to make puppies Why do they do that when it’s the man thats walking her Have a great day

Good morning everyone, it’s a little cloudy in Brum but i think they may burn away and let the sun come out later. We are enjoying the holidays, it’s amazing how quickly you settle into holiday mode. I think a chill day in order today with a minium of housework, just enough to keep me out of trouble.
I’m off to see what you were all up to last night .

My girl doesnt break up til Thursday lunchtime, so I am planning on not getting up very early Friday for a change! And then knitting and forum-ing the rest of the day too!

will start a new project today in knitting...not sure what yet as the jumper i was knitting did not turn out ok thanks to my non existant sewing skiils have been on knitting help.com all morning to try and help me get the hang of the mattress stitch..very annoyed about the jumper but i’ll get over it! hope you all have a fab day!

Oh the sun looks like it’s trying to come out today - so will have to crack on with the housework and get off of here!!!

Been at work all day and have been roasted, come home this evening and the sun has gone in....typical.
