Hi everyone
Well I finally did it!!
I plucked up the courage and asked at my local if we could hold a knitting group there, and guess what - -They said YES!!!!
Now what do I need to do?
I was on my way to the knitting group at Borders Cheshire Oaks and my car broke down.  So I haven’t been to a group meeting and so do not know what actually happens at one.
Do I need to do anything or prepare anything to do or say?
Thought I’d hold a raffle and donate one of my Felted Money Pots(Let’s Knit a couple of months ago)
Then any money I take will pay for the prize next month.  Also maybe take some web sites that I have found useful (including this one, of course. What do you all think?
I would be grateful for any ideas/suggestions
Thanks
Gill
By the way - if anyone is interested in coming it’s in The Boar’s Head, Ewloe, Flintshire on the 2nd Monday of each month starting July 14th 6.30-8.30

Not too bad a turn out for the first meet. - 10 plus my daughter who just natters!!
I am going to push some notices through local houses ready for next month. The raffle went well - I gave one of my felted money pots, complete with bee (Let’s Knit issue 5)
Thanks for support
