Good morning everyone, the weekend is here and the weather in Brum hasn’t quite made up its mind but I shall remain hopefull for a nice day because the boys have football training at 10.30 and this afternoon we are going to a party. My friends daughter Gina is 8. it’s much better with nice weather as the kids stay out in the garden and it’s not so hectic inside. I have to confess I won’t be this bright and breezt tomorrow as there is always alcohol at Liz’s parties and because I so rarely drink i only need two glasses for a hangover.
I had better go and jump in the shower as the boys will be late.
Hope everyone has a good weekend. Speak to you all soon.

Its my busiest day on Saturday! Mum and Dad come to visit, so got to remove all yarn etc from a 3 seater settee that sits one at the mo! Washing to do, and STILL Eeyore-ing! Much harder than I thought, and bigger! Getting towards the finished product, hooray!!

Got most of my washing out to dry, last load in the washer now.  Keeping one eye on the weather and the other on my cleaning, cos we are supposed to have rain today.  Hopefully will be going to look for a new bed this afternoon, no other plans, apart from knitting.

It’s pretty dull looking outside here in Sheppey. The weather seems to be unable to decide what it wants to do at the moment and as usual I am fighting to stay awake!  Going to my mum’s this afternoon for a chill out and then I’m going to see my cousin in a show tonight. Mum got me a ticket yesterday when she went.

Still plodding along with my baby blanket design.  It’s beginning to look like something now! lol

Bit fed up - my maintenance payment from the ex hasn’t cleared through my account yet which means I can’t go down to Tescos and get SK and LK! Grrrrrr!

Afternoon everyone smile It’s been battering down with rain here this morning (not good when you have half the slates off your roof shut eye ) but it’s brightening up at the moment.  I’m recovering from the after-effects of being at a wedding last night and then this evening I’m meeting the girls for cocktails and dinner and then we’re going to see Mamma Mia.  This afternoon I’ll catch up with some programmes on the iPlayer and knit some more ribbed baby jacket. smile

Hi everyone! It’s definatly sunshine and showers here, I went out this morning armed with my sunglasses and an umbrella! It’s a day of music making for me today, just got back from helping my friends band out and I’m off to my own band job in a couple of hours. Time for a rest and some knitting!

Will bung some pics on Flickr when done, am doing a bit of him now, hubby p’d off with me cos I too busy to tidy!! The blatant misuse of a 20mm needle was avoided somehow!! At least Eeyore looks less like roadkill and more like how he’s supposed to now!

Hi everyone. Managed to put washing out, wind blowing & rain managing to keep of! B***** (sorry) computer gremlins are at it again. Hubbys spent all morning trying to solve the problem & thankfully he has, how long for this time I wonder? I`m trying to look for a pattern for a cardi for myself. Did start one but because I haven`t done any in the last week or so have lost interest & want to start something new! Never mind I`ll make my mind up one day!!! LOL
