I think I know what you mean but I’m not having a good day (again) today!  Went to me “"£££$%^!!"!" beading class last night and - well you know when you just KNOW something’s not right - well I asked the teacher, did it look right to her, she said yes, I said are you sure - she looked again and still said yes, a little while later I said Kim I not being funny but are you SURE this is right… she said yes again…
Then at the end of the class (2 $$%£%££% hours later) I said I not happy with this it doesn’t look right - and yeup u guessed it, it wasn’t right then was it!!!  Arrrgh.  I hadn’t changed what I was doing.  So normally when I get in from Beading I do a bit more but I was a bit fed up so its still in its %^£%$£ bag!  cool mad

lol see what i started? an innocent question about retro looks turns into jugs and window cleaners!! grin

Having said all that about moody blues etc today I have just seen Joanne’s little girl Imogen (wonder why the pics weren’t there yesterday?) and almost all of my bad moodies have vanished!  She is gorgeous.  Makes me want to give my little niece who is 1 year 1 month ish old a really big cuddle and kiss.  But she’s on holiday in Spain at the mo so bit hard!!

But Joanne she’s lovely!!

Good heavens...I only stopped work as a legal secretary five years ago and I didn’t even earn that much in a month....thank goodness for granny’s.
My wee grand daughter in the Netherlands goes to day care three days a week and they pay 800 euros per monthso that works out around the same as you..

It’s not easy trying to work and keep you children cared for...and nowadays it just seems that two wages are so needed.  I didn’t go back to my job in a building society at the time..deciding instead to work on the one wage.  It was tight financially but we managed fine and it was only in the years later that I was glad I had stayed home as my husband died suddenly at the age of 38 when my son was just 9 years old.  But now with house prices and mortgages so high I can fully understand the need for both parents to work.  My son and his wife are in the same situation in Holland although my DIL has only gone back to work part time but it still costs so much for Maya’s 3 days in child care.
