well ive started on the back, it knits up really fast. done the yoke and the arm shaping, need to hunt out stitch holders as it says to knit 6 then slip onto sitch holder, then it says to cast off 14 then knit to the end. how do i cast off in the middle of a row? is it easy if the first stitches are on a stitch holder? feedback much appeciated grin

I have just typed a reply and it vanished as I was doing it ...but yes....put the 6 sts onto the holder then carry on knitting ie. cast off 14, then knit to the end.
