Had to frog my lace shawl today (all 127 rows of it) as I dropped a stitch and couldn’t find it, & as I picked back I lost another one so I decided to start again. Picking back Sl2k1psso is a pain, especially in fine lace!
Still I’ve done 30 rows again. Wallow in self-pity over rolleyes

It’s a pain isn’t it?  But imagine how pleased you are going to be when it’s finished and perfect.

Oh that’s awful, but I’m glad you’ve started again, hope it doesn’t take too long to knit up.  I’m struggling with a shawl myself at the moment so I do sympathise.

Oh poor you, how annoying, at least you have done 30 rows now, I’d probably have slung it behind the sofa in temper and not got it out again for years!!  post us a piccie when it’s done perhaps?

Kind regards

Good for you starting again...it would have driven you mad to ignore it. The trouble is a lot of us knitters are just perfectionists!!!!

I’m glad to see that I am not the only one who can’t ignore a mistake. I wish I could just knit merrilly on rather than frogging the lot!

Trouble is it’s gone on the back burner while I knit hats & s**ks for people. Must do some more of it.

kudos for not turning it into a cat toy , seriously, thats a bummer but one thing alot of knitters have is the patience and vision to do it right even if it means alot of frogggings!!
