Same here.  I was supposed to go on holiday today, but cos of the rain being forecast we’ve not gone.  Might go Monday instead, will look at the forecasts tomorrow.  We have a touring caravan, so it’s easy to just pack up and go.  Never mind, at least it gives me more knitting time.

Hi all, washing out n lawn mown now off to a church fete n then to see if my Lets Knit has arrived at shop..

Good morning,its a lovely day here (so far)hope to get my washing out and ironed.Going in town later,have a nice day.

Morning everyone....I’m off to town as well Cheryl...Bill is on a twelve hour day today so I’m off on my own.  Poor soul he’s now paying for having last weekend off and going to York. Never mind he is counting down the days now till he’s finished...20th August is his final day and we have our holiday in Holland before that so it’s going in for him....
Lovely day here although I can see a little cloud over the hills way out in front of us...but hopefully it will stay nice.
Hope you all have a lovely day...and Cheryl...are you taking Andy to any wool shops while in town????

Morning everyone....I’m off to town as well Cheryl...Bill is on a twelve hour day today so I’m off on my own.  Poor soul he’s now paying for having last weekend off and going to York. Never mind he is counting down the days now till he’s finished...20th August is his final day and we have our holiday in Holland before that so it’s going in for him....
Lovely day here although I can see a little cloud over the hills way out in front of us...but hopefully it will stay nice.

Hi Nessa,Yes i am taking Andy in the wool shops,we only have a haberdashery which sells wool and other craft items,also a few shops that sell all items sell wool has well.I know what you mean Nessa,if Andy has a week off he pays for it by working all hours,i wished i lived nearer then you and me could go in the wool shops and i could leave Andy at home. hope you and Bill have a nice holiday.

I was being lazy today and dried mine in the tumble dryer,naughty i know but it did look like rain.

I was being lazy today and dried mine in the tumble dryer,naughty i know but it did look like rain.

If I had a tumbler i would have done so as well!!

HEY NESSA. Is that Bills birthday or just his retirment day. It is my and Hs wedding anniversary.

Mine gets the radiator treatment, if it is wet, although I dried some sheets up in the loft as it gets warmer up there, it’s not raining but it looks close, x Janet

Today or on the 20th August Gill?  Happy Aniversary if it is today

It’s just his retirement day Gill...he was 65 on 28th Marh but stayed on at work for five extra months as they were in the middle of a big change over and they asked him if he would stay on as he was already on the job...but he’s ready for the big day now.  So the 20th August is your anniversary...we’ll celebrate together..

I will raise a glass to him on the day!!!
