Hey girls, finally finished it.  Going to try and put a picture on here myself, so here goes.

You cant see the popcorn very well but you can see the flowers I crocheted.  I used the tail for the bunny purse I posted on here earlier this week as the flowers.

Great! Were the flowers sewn on afterwards?

I sewed the flowers on after but what I could have done was stuff them slightly as I got stitching it on half way round.

I am now crocheting a “cow” purse for my sister in law’s grand-daughter.  I really enjoy making them.  The purses make great gifts.

Goodnight all, Sues

I am really into the black and white mix.  My sister in law has mixed black, beige, white and a metalic kind of throw in her bedroom.  She has also done mirror picture frames and 4 floating shelves on one wall.

It looks really good and she paid £12 for a fluffy black cushion for her bed (best) she calls it.  I would not pay that so thought of making my own, thats how my cushion came about.

Sometimes you need inspiration for colours when you decorate and i now have white walls in my living room with a brown feature wall. White dining table and chairs, a low tv unit and a mixed beige colour rug.  Plus my few plants and mirrow frames.  Some people think white its “hospital” like but its not.  I just add a little colour and it looks good.

Anyhow, sorry to go on about my ideas, thanks for the nice comments about the cushion.  I am “child” free tonight because they have gone out, so am going to chill with my knitting.

Byee, Sues

Lovely cushion! It does look like something you could expet to pay a lot of money for in the shops.
