Hello everyone

I have just read that Gill gets lost in her Den and wondered what it was like.  I have an imaginary den in my head and hope to make it a reality soon, but I just wondered what yours are like if you have one.  Mine is seen through very rose tinted spectacles!!!!  I do like to dream!

Waiting in anticipation!! alisonb smile

Hi alisonb
I haven`t actually got an imaginary den but I do imagine a house with a lovely bay window for me to sit and watch the world go by. At the moment I`ve got my kitchen window to look out of, being up in the valleys there are a lot of mountains to look at. Thats what I `ve got!!!!

I did have one, in our old house.  The smallest bedroom was too small to fit a bed in, so I got it all for me.  My computer was in there and there was a huge cupboard built in over the stairwell that I kept all my stash, patterns etc in.  We are in a much bigger house now, but I’ve not got a den sorted yet.  One of these days I’ll get it done.

Can’t wait for you to spill the beans on Gill’s den!!!  At the moment I have a black hole under the stairs, but my dream will be a sun drenched room with a huge notice board covered with pictures, sketches, memos, colours and textures.  Basically what I collect in my sketch/work pad.  OOh I wish I could take photos!  sorry going back to watch The Juror.  see you tomorrow and thanks for the replies!

At the moment all my crafty stuff is in the back room, but we won’t have that back room for much longer as we’re knocking through a wall between the kitchen and that room to make a kitchen-diner which will be great but I don’t know where I’m going to keep my crafty stash any more! smile

all my stuff is in the backroom which was safe, but now DS goes in there to practise his guitar, record stuff, talk to his girlfriend on the phone for hours, but other than that, everything’s fine!!
