What you need to know

Discover new techniques with this soft lace border cardigan from Anniken Allis

This cardigan knitting pattern features an unusual leaf edging which is created by a repeating 18-row lace pattern. This
panel is worked first before stitches are picked up for the back and fronts of the cardigan. It is then worked in one piece to the arm shaping, so you'll need a circular needle to accommodate the large number of stitches. You'll also get to try short row shaping and the Russian Cast Off.
